- 1 bunch of any kind of kale – cleaned and stems removed
- 2 tbls Bonnie’s Beach BBQ Blend or Bonnie’s Tasty Herb Blend
- 1 tsp cumin (optional)
- 4 tbls olive oil
- juice of 1 small lemon or lime
- 1 tbls tamari or low sodium soy sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (for easy clean up).
Toss all of the ingredients into a bowl, rubbing each leave and being sure to coat them thoroughly.
Place the leaves onto the cookie sheet in a single layer. They can touch, but not overlap.
Bake for ten minutes, touch the leaves to see if they are crisp or not. Return to oven if not for two minute intervals…checking for crispness.
These will keep for one day only. When done cooking, remove them and let them cool on the counter.
