- 2 Apples
- 1 Head of Broccoli
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 3 Tablespoons of Veganaise
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Healthy dose of Olive Oil
- Cut the apples into small cubes and put into medium sized bowl.
- Grind the broccoli and cauliflower in a food processor until fully combined (small chunks) and add to bowl.
- Shave 1 carrot and combine with the other ingredients
- Add pecans, cranberries, veganaise, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and enjoy (modify for taste).
