- 2 tbls Almond Meal
- 2 tbls Oat Bran
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbls Honey
- 2 tbls Chocolate Chips (or carob)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup melted Coconut Oil (or canola)
- 2 tbls flax seed oil

I pop them in the toaster for a few seconds to warm them and voila…you are a rock star mom again.
